Even More Terrifying Wednesday

I didn’t want to do this, but some tough-guy rolled her eyes at Mickey Rooney.

The Haunted House was my introduction to Buster Keaton and made me an instant fan. It’s a “short,” about twenty minutes, and silent. Some of the jokes are really funny, and just once or twice, the special effects are surprising.

——By the way, no one should think this movie pauses just because of terrified shrieks. I remind everyone that this wasn’t my idea.
